How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. Final rates will appear at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately not. Only domestic shipping is offered to cut down on my eco-footprint as a small business owner.

What happens when there are delays in shipping and production?

Though delivery times may vary by project development and location within the United States, natural disasters and personal ailments may play a part in production time and the arrival process of any products.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Why is the production time longer for certain items?

Each item is handmade, and some, like concrete candles, pottery pieces, or detailed paintings, require extra time to ensure quality.

Can I combine multiple items into one shipment?

Yes, if the items are ready at the same time, they will ship together to save on costs.

What are your shipping carriers?

I use major carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the size and destination.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn and undamaged items. Custom orders are non-refundable.
